Airbrushed hair

Postby raineshoe on Wed Jul 16, 2008 12:50 pm

Has anyone had a go at doing airbrushed hair ie using a stencil to create a pattern in the hair, obviously with wash out paints.

If so, does anyone know where to obtain the stuff to do this from?

 That's not good. Not heard of it before, but then I don't do glitter tatts and not seen these for airbrush tatts. I would hope everyone here strives to maintain good practice where possible.

I think the main problem is lack of knowledge. some companies even use craft glitter which shouldnt be used in that way. If in dought always ask for the msds. It should say if it is skin safe, although some companies do send out msds for materials they dont use to make them seem safe. Go figure I would rather know I wouldnt disfigure someone for life.

I agree, its only through stuff like this we can learn and add to what we know.

Was aware of craft glitter, nasty stuff for face painting. Had one company try and wholesale me craft glitter as safe for face painting so refused ie would rather not have it.

So far, all the companies I have stuff from have willingly supplied MSDS when requested so I'm safe as far as I know :D

Take note everyone of what Steph has pointed out :D

adhesive stencils

Postby airbrushbodyart on Thu Jul 24, 2008 10:54 pm

just a note for everyone I have started to put the adhesive stencils online now. They are all sutable for the job and I am sure anyone on here who is a customer of mine will agree that I dont sell dodgy items. I will be adding more as I have about 300 designs. they are mainly 1 price but I can give big discounts for quantities. I am looking for companies to wholesale this.
